Pay Scale: £150 – £250 per day (Depending on Experience)

What You Will Do:

Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons to learners aged 16+ across a variety of levels (GCSE, Functional Skills, A-Level, or equivalent).
Develop and adapt resources to meet learners' needs, including those with SEND or EAL requirements.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, supporting them to achieve academic and personal growth.
Contribute to curriculum planning, quality assurance processes, and departmental improvement initiatives.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and supported.
What You Need:

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, CertEd, QTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
A degree in English or a related subject.
Experience teaching English in the secondary level.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for education and student success.
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
