Forklift Operator - paying £28,000 per year working a rotating early & late shift (Mon to Fri) - Based in Yate, South Glos - Benefits include 31 Days Holiday, Pension, onsite parking, Health Cash Plan, share scheme, Bonus

We have an excellent opportunity for a Forklift Operator to join our client who are a leading distributor of products for the building industry, based in Yate, South Gloucestershire. Working as part of a busy warehouse team and reporting to the shift supervisor, this role would suit someone who has previous experience of material handling and holds a current Combi lift FLT licence or Counterbalance licence (will be put through a conversion course).

Duties of the Forklift / Warehouse Operator will involve:

Loading & unloading vehicles
Putting stock away
Picking orders and preparing goods for despatch
Packing goods
Material Handling

The successful candidate will have experience of working with wood, steel, aluminium or similar products, have strong numeracy and literacy skills (will be working with varying product codes) and good attention to detail. In addition you will enjoy working as part of a small and busy team.

£28,000 per annum

Hours are 6am to 3pm or 1pm to 10pm (Mon to Fri - will rotate)
