We’re looking for a confident and motivated Account Handler to join a growing office team in Worcester. This is a temp-to-perm role, ideal for someone with strong customer service and admin skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing orders, and building strong relationships across both retail and trade accounts.
?️ Key Responsibilities: Client Management:
Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts
Build lasting relationships and maintain client satisfaction
Regularly check in with clients to offer updates and supportOrder & Admin Support:
Handle new orders, quotes, amendments, and general account queries
Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication
Support the onboarding of new clientsIssue Resolution & Coordination:
Respond promptly to queries or complaints with professionalism
Liaise with internal departments to ensure swift resolution
Track client activity and suggest improvements when needed✅ About You:
Previous experience in office admin or customer service (required)
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Able to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment? Role Details:

Pay: From £25,500 per year
