We are recruiting for a full time Parts Administrator on behalf of our client based in Thetford. This is a varied and hands on role supporting the office function, with a mix of administrative, customer service, and technical coordination duties.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with invoicing checks on service reports.
Produce and send invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain up to date company records and service schedules.
Act on recommendations from service reports, including bringing forward future services and liaising with internal departments for quotations.
Upload subcontractor paperwork and service reports to internal systems.
Reformat and send service reports to customers upon completion of works.
Check technical manuals to identify required parts for service jobs.
File manual paperwork and complete general administrative tasks.
Answer inbound calls and take messages for other team members. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident IT skills, particularly with SAP, MS Word, and Excel.
Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
