A Service Administrator is required for a busy role in Elland for a full time and permanent. This role requires the day-to-day management of client queries in line with service agreements for the supply, delivery, service and billing. You will liaise with suppliers ensuring smooth service delivery.
Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Elland for this office-based role. Please note that there is not an option for hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer queries through phone, email and ticketing system, working to priorities and deadlines.
* Checking services delivery in line with service level agreements / contracts.
* Liaise with third party suppliers.
* Checking for failed services and reporting accordingly to external sales team.
* Updating real time information of product exchanges.
* Creating reports for service, supply and general trackers.
* Assisting in office duties and reception cover.
We are looking for:
* Great communication skills and a high level of accuracy.
* Experience in a detailed service role, either as customer service or administrator
* CRM or Database experience, along with Excel and other Microsoft Packages
* Commitment to providing exceptional service standards
* Ability to manage varied deadlines.
