Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives based in the Norwich area. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity.

Duties and responsibilities:

Operate machinery and tools used in the manufacturing of windows (e.g., saws, welders, routers)
Assemble window frames, sashes, and fittings following production specifications
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and any defects
Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety guidelines
Report faulty machinery or tools to the supervisor
Any other duties as required
Requirements:

Previous experience in window manufacturing or a similar production environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
Good understanding of measurements and basic math skills
Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday
15:00 - 00:00 (PM shift)
07:00 - 15:00 (AM shift)
