Contracts Manager – London Fit Out and Refurbishment Projects – Commercial and Residential Sectors

Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Contracts Manager to work for our client – a £12m t/o main contractor based in Camden, London.

All of the companies’ projects are all within the M25 and are a mix of residential (75%) and commercial (25%) refurbishments, both internal and external and typically between £100k to £1m values.

Many of the projects they undertake are ‘high end’ and on a repeat business basis with clients such as Crown Estate, Knight Frank and Savills.

The role is split between being based in the office and visiting sites.

Suitable candidates must be IT literate and able to use Office and Google drive etc as well as possess good communication skills and be client facing.

There is the potential for a quick start for candidates available at short notice although candidates on 1 months’ notice is also fine.
