Salary: £37000-£45000 (dependent on experience)

Lead and manage projects across all RIBA work stages
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and in-house teams
Produce high-quality design and technical documentation
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Mentor and support junior team membersRequirements:

Qualified Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience
ARB registered (essential)
Strong knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
Proficient in Revit (essential)
Creative, technically competent, and design-focused
Excellent communication and leadership skills
