About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Food Machine Operator to join our fast-paced food production team. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring a range of food processing machinery to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern production facility with opportunities for training, development, and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate, monitor, and adjust food production machinery safely and efficiently

* Perform regular machine checks, setup, and minor maintenance

* Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process

* Follow health & safety and food hygiene protocols at all times

* Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience operating food production machinery (essential)
✅ Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
✅ Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
✅ Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
✅ Ability to work in a cold or ambient environment
✅ Own transport may be required due to shift start times + rural location
