Quantity Surveyor

Ridgeway & Co are working with a fast-growing, modern main contractor delivering high-quality steel frame industrial and commercial projects across the UK. With schemes typically ranging from £5M–£15M.
They are currently looking to appoint a capable and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team at their HQ in the Corby area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the commercial delivery of multiple live projects, while working in a business that truly values autonomy, trust, and long-term career development.
The Role

Office-based with full autonomy to manage 2–3 live projects at any given time
*
Flexibility to decide on site visits as needed
*
Report directly to the Commercial Director
*
Projects span industrial and commercial new builds across the UK
*
Involvement in all aspects of commercial delivery from procurement to final accounts
What We’re Looking For
*
A self-motivated and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor
*
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to dip in and out of project detail
*
Proactive problem-solver with a positive mindset
*
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
*
Previous experience working on industrial or commercial steel-frame projects (ideal but not essential)
*
Must be within commutable distance to Corby and open to occasional national travel
