Residential Conveyancer
Wiltshire | Competetive Salary | Hybrid Working considered
An established and highly successful multi-office Wiltshire firm is looking to strengthen its fast-growing Property team with the addition of an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-structured department that continues to expand, offering genuine stability and long-term prospects for the right individual.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, delivering a high standard of client care from instruction through to completion. The firm offers strong operational support, including specialist onboarding and post-completion teams — and there is potential for a dedicated paralegal to assist you.
If allocated a paralegal, you’ll play an active role in supporting their development (often law graduates), working within a structured and proven fast-track training programme.
About You
Minimum 3 years’ solid residential conveyancing experience
FILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced non-qualified candidates considered
Confident handling a full caseload independently
Strong billing history
Excellent client care and communication skills
Organised, IT confident and able to perform under pressure
A collaborative team player who wants to contribute to department growth
⚠️ Please note: Due to the structure of the firm, this role may not suit qualified Solicitors seeking a future management pathway.
What’s on Offer
Competitive salary from £40,000+ (DOE)
Hybrid working available
Full remote considered for candidates based locally with proven remote experience
Strong internal support structure
Friendly, growing and well-established firm
This role would suit a motivated conveyancer who enjoys running their own caseload and takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience.
