We Are Looking For a Leader Who:

Holds a degree in a Social Science subject (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Criminology)

*

Possesses QTS or PGCE

*

Has proven leadership experience within a Social Science department or related subject area

*

Demonstrates a genuine passion for Social Science and the ability to inspire students and staff alike

*

Is committed to driving high-quality teaching and learning to secure excellent student outcomes

*

Enjoys working collaboratively and can lead, motivate, and develop a team of teachers

Salary:
The salary for this Head of Department position will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS) with a TLR 2b allowance, depending on experience.
