We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician - Electrode for our client, a leading organization in advanced battery technology. This role offers the chance to work in a small, collaborative team within a state-of-the-art Flexible Pilot Line environment.
 
The Manufacturing Technician - Electrode will:

Operate and maintain electrode equipment (Mixing, Coating, Calendering, Slitting).
Ensure clean room standards are upheld to 5S and ISO requirements.
Prepare and set up equipment for campaigns, including technical cleaning and preventative maintenance.
Collaborate with Process Engineers to validate and run equipment per customer specifications.
Manage work-in-progress and product movement within the facility.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.  
The Manufacturing Technician - Electrode will have:

Experience in equipment setup and operation, ideally within electrode or similar manufacturing processes.
Understanding of electrode manufacturing principles and associated risks.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ideally qualified to ONC/HNC/HND Level 3 or served an engineering apprenticeship.
