HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
UK-based experience post-qualification
Proven track record in healthcare and commercial sector projects
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Sound understanding of UK construction methods and technical standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to support smooth project delivery
Assist project architects and senior colleagues across all RIBA stages
