About Swift Switch: We're a growing business in Shoreditch that helps companies cut through the noise of utility services. Our team knows how to get the best deals and simplest solutions for clients across energy, payments, telecoms, waste management and water.

The job: We're looking for a Senior Sales Broker | Team Leader who can lead from the front and deliver results. This isn't just a management role - you'll be in the trenches making sales and building a killer team.

What you'll do day-to-day:

Cold calling and closing high-value deals

Leading and coaching a team of sales agents

Setting aggressive performance targets

Running team meetings that fire people up

Designing training programs to elevate their potential

Working directly with leadership to smash company goals

Negotiating deals that move the needle

Requirements

What we need from you:

6+ years of sales experience

At least 2 years leading sales teams and getting results

Good understanding of utility market trends

Leadership skills that can motivate and transform a team

Ability to sell and lead at the same time
