Job Overview
They are seeking a fully trained and experienced Clinical Embryologist to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will also play a leading role in quality audits across laboratory activities and other clinical areas.
 
Clinical Embryologist Key Responsibilities

General laboratory maintenance
Delivery of comprehensive Andrology services in line with best practices and regulatory standards, including:
Semen analysis
Sperm freezing
Sperm preparation for IUI, IVF, and ICSI
Freezing and preparation of surgically retrieved sperm samples
Other relevant procedures as needed
Interpretation of semen analyses and andrological tests
Diagnosis and development of treatment plans for male infertility, including hormonal assessments
Collaborative development of individualized treatment protocols with reproductive endocrinologists and other specialists
Patient counselling and education on reproductive health and treatment options
Maintenance of accurate, detailed medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines 
Clinical Embryologist Qualifications

Completion of a recognised training programme in Clinical Embryology
HCPC registration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care
