We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and creative Primary SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Stourbridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a real difference to the lives of children with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, SLD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.

You will be responsible for delivering a tailored curriculum that supports individual progress, fosters independence, and promotes positive learning experiences for every child.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of primary-aged pupils with SEN.

*

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

*

Assess pupil progress and maintain accurate records in line with school policies.

*

Collaborate closely with support staff, therapists, parents, and external agencies.

*

Contribute to EHCP reviews, target setting, and individual support plans.

*

Use creative strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and social development.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEN or a strong interest in the field.

*

Knowledgeable about effective SEN strategies, differentiation, and inclusive practice.

*

Patient, resilient, and passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

*

A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

*

Committed to reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
