Carrington Wood is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm as they seek to appoint a Business Advisory Manager. This is a varied and impactful opportunity offering autonomy, progression, and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Leading and developing strong client relationships across a varied portfolio
✔ Acting as a trusted advisor, providing tax, accounting, and commercial guidance
✔ Reviewing working papers, accounts, and tax compliance
✔ Monitoring budgets, time allocations, and project costs
✔ Resolving technical accounting and tax queries
✔ Ensuring compliance with internal standards and quality frameworks
✔ Identifying opportunities to add further value for clients
✔ Discussing key findings with senior leadership
✔ Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping shape their professional development

What We’re Looking For:

? ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) OR qualified by experience
? Experience managing your own portfolio and supporting senior stakeholders
? Strong technical expertise in accounts preparation and tax compliance
? Proven background supervising, coaching, or developing accounts teams
? Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly
? A collaborative approach and passion for delivering high-quality client service
