Site Supervisor – Fit Out project

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading national facilities and engineering services provider delivering projects across commercial and infrastructure environments.

They require an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment project within a high secruity environment in Birmingham.

This is an initial 3-week contract with strong potential to extend through to the end of May 2025.

The Role

Working within a live airport environment, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site supervision, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising trades and subcontractors on site

*

Managing daily activity and coordinating workflow

*

Reviewing and implementing RAMS

*

Maintaining strict health & safety standards

*

Liaising with the Project Manager and client representatives

*

Ensuring programme deadlines are achieved

To be considered, you must hold:

SMSTS

*

First Aid at Work

*

CSCS Managers Card (Black Card)

*

DBS Certificate (highly desirable)

*

Proven experience supervising commercial fit-out projects

*

Experience working in live or high-security environments (desirable)
