? Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND.
✔️ Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
✔️ Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to ensure effective provision for all students.
✔️ Monitor and assess students' progress using personalized learning plans and observations.
✔️ Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's development and progress.
✔️ Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training related to SEND.

✅ What We’re Looking For

? QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
? Experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
? Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and SEND provisions.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
? A commitment to supporting children in reaching their full potential.
