Overview
My client is a Civil Engineering contractor looking for Site Managers with experience with marine/marina works, including new quay walls, concrete walls etc.

Responsibilities

* Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

* Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

* Monitor site compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing necessary improvements.

* Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify areas for improvement or maintenance needs.

* Prepare reports on site performance, including productivity metrics and safety incidents.

* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

Requirements
