Based in Kent, their workshop combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge techniques to produce work of the highest standard. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and passionate Cabinet Maker to join our dedicated team.

The Role:
As a Cabinet Maker, you will play a key role in crafting custom cabinetry and bespoke joinery pieces to exacting standards. You will work closely with the design and project management teams to bring high-end projects to life, from initial workshop production to final installation (where required).

Key Responsibilities:

* Manufacture high-quality cabinets and bespoke joinery components from technical drawings

* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process

* Collaborate with other craftsmen and contribute to a clean, organised workshop

* Ensure all work is completed to meet deadlines and client expectations

* Occasionally assist with on-site installations

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a cabinet maker or bench joiner, preferably in high-end or bespoke joinery

* Strong knowledge of hardwoods, veneers, and panel materials

* Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings

* Excellent craftsmanship and pride in producing top-quality work

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

* A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification (preferred)
