The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Campaign Manager to help define and drive our social growth during a critical early stage. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a brand, take real ownership, and play a meaningful part in shaping how we show up culturally and commercially.
You will lead social media campaigns across Instagram and TikTok, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop, balancing elevated brand storytelling with performance-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Plan and execute launch, seasonal, and always-on social campaigns across Instagram and TikTok.
* Develop platform-specific strategies, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikTok Shop–led campaigns.
* Own campaign calendars, timelines, and delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.
Content Direction & Storytelling
* Translate fragrance narratives, moods, and rituals into compelling short-form content.
* Build campaign frameworks that balance cinematic brand storytelling with high-performing social formats.
* Collaborate with creators, UGC partners, photographers, and videographers.
TikTok Shop & Social Commerce
* Lead content strategy for TikTok Shop, integrating product education, creator content, and campaign pushes.
* Understand how to drive conversion through social without compromising brand integrity.
* Apply learnings from TikTok Shop to broader Instagram and TikTok content strategy.
Cultural Awareness & Trend Intelligence
* Stay deeply connected to culture across fashion, wellness, fitness, food, and travel.
* Identify trends that translate naturally across Instagram and TikTok, knowing when to lean in and when to hold back.
* Ensure our social presence feels intentional, modern, and culturally relevant.
Performance & Optimization
* Track and analyse performance across Instagram and TikTok (reach, engagement, saves, conversions).
* Use insights to evolve campaigns quickly while maintaining a consistent brand tone.

Stage 1: Social Media Campaign Manager (Now)
* Own campaign execution across Instagram and TikTok
* Lead TikTok Shop content and testing
* Shape early social strategy and brand voice
Stage 2: Senior Social / Social Lead
* Take full ownership of social strategy across platforms
* Lead creator partnerships and campaign ideation
* Mentor freelancers or junior hires as the team grows
Stage 3: Head of Social / Brand & Community
* Define long-term social and community vision
* Oversee all social, creator, and community touchpoints
* Play a key role in broader brand and launch strategy
Progression will be based on impact, ownership, and growth of the brand, not time served.
Who You Are
* 3+ years experience managing social media campaigns, ideally within beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle.
* Comfortable owning both Instagram and TikTok strategy in a startup environment.
* Excited by building something from the ground up and growing with a brand.
* Confident balancing brand-led storytelling and performance-driven social commerce.
* Highly organised, proactive, and culturally fluent.
