Qualifications & Experience:-
- Early Years qualification - minimum Level 2 or 3
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting. 1yr ideally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
