As a Design Engineer you will be working on: Jigs, Fixtures and special purpose machinery for the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence and Nuclear Industries.

Design Engineer Main Duties

* 3D model designs of tooling/machinery components.

* 2D detail drawings for manufacture.

* Technical documentation creation.

Design Engineer Essential Skills

* Proficient in any/all of the following CAD packages:

* SolidWorks.

* Siemens NX.

* CATIA V5.

* Competent with Microsoft office software suite.

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Design Engineer Desired Skills

* Aerospace, Defence or Nuclear industry experience.

* Time served Toolmaker/Pattern Maker.

Design Engineer Desired Experience

* UKCA/CE Marking process.

* FEA Analysis / Basic calculations.
