Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background on hospital projects, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will be based on site 75% of the time using a tablet to log stages of the build across 4 different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.
Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
✅ Previous experience working for a main contractor
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work to tight deadlines.

Pay is £280 per day umbrella paye
