Our client, a highly respected long-standing high-street broker based in North Birmingham are now looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their growing team.
  
Salary is between £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 33 days holiday including bank holidays, pension and free car parking.
  
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, working 35 hours per week. Please note this position is office based, the office location has excellent transport links.
  
As the Commercial Account Handler, you will be:

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiries, maximising retention and growth opportunities
Providing technical advice and tailored insurance solutions
Using Acturis to manage documentation, policies, and workflows What we’re looking for as a Commercial Account Handler:

Proven experience in commercial insurance, ideally within a Broker
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
Excellent knowledge and experience of Acturis software
Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills
