You'll be based on-site, helping staff and students with day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

You must live within a 45-minute commute of Manchester Academy. This role is entirely on-site.The offer:
£24,000+ salary
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00-16:00, with some flexibility)

First-line IT support for staff and students
Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues
Supporting classroom tech and network devices
Maintaining user accounts, AV equipment, backups, and security
Escalating more complex issues to the wider IT tea

A degree in IT from a UK university
Experience in a customer-facing role (any sector)
GCSEs in English and Maths
Confidence using:
* Windows 11
* Microsoft Office and 365 (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
* Basic networking and user account setup
* AV equipment in classrooms
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A friendly, professional manner
A genuine interest in learning and improving
