The IT Technician will play a key role in supporting the technology needs of a not-for-profit organisation. This temporary position is based on the outskirts of Liverpool.

Description

Provide 1st line support on site
Help set up IT systems and equipment
Provide technical support to staff, ensuring IT systems run efficiently.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Assist with IT-related projects to improve organisational efficiency.
Monitor IT systems to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software licences.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy protocols.
Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and tools.Profile

A successful IT Technician should have:

An enhanced DBS
Experience of fits line support
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of network configuration and maintenance.
Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Job Offer

Competitive daily rate of approximately £150 to £180 (inside IR35).
