As a Senior Account Handler, you'll be a key technical support to Account Executives, handling complex risks and ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the client journey.
You'll work with an established commercial portfolio, taking ownership of policy administration, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and insurer negotiations, while building strong relationships internally and externally.
Key responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of complex commercial insurance clients
Support Account Executives with renewals, MTA's, and placements
Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive, appropriate cover
Handle technical queries and risk-related discussions confidently
Ensure compliance and high service standards throughoutAbout you
Cert CII qualified (Diploma highly desirable)
3+ years' experience in a commercial insurance handling role
Strong technical knowledge, ideally within manufacturing or complex risks
Confident, organised, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working office-based initially before transitioning to hybridWhat's in it for you?
