Our client, an experienced botique law firm, are currently looking to recruit a Senior Private Client Solicitor to head up the department. We are seeking an experienced practitioner with comprehensive expertise in a wide range of Private Client matters, including Probate, Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, and issues relating to elderly clients.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary legal advice to the firm’s clients and will demonstrate a consistent billing record together with exceptional standards of client care.

* Applicants should be motivated, committed to Private Client work, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage a diverse caseload, and maintain strong organisational and time management skills is essential.

* Secretarial support will be available to assist in the role.
