Marketing Manager

Cheltenham | Hybrid (2 days in-office) | £47,500 - £60,000 DOE

We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking business in Cheltenham that’s serious about brand, content and creativity — and they’re now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take the lead across strategy, delivery, and team development.

You’ll be managing a small but growing team of 3 Marketing Assistants and 2 Executives, reporting into a commercially sharp and supportive Chief Marketing Officer. The business is making big moves, and this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an ambitious, ideas-led environment with plenty of autonomy.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading on all things marketing – from strategy to execution

Owning digital, content, brand and performance campaigns

Using HubSpot (or similar tools) to drive CRM, automation, and lead gen

Managing and developing your team, supporting their growth and output

Working closely with the CMO to align marketing with wider business goals

Analysing campaign performance and feeding into continuous improvement

Ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and brand identity across all platforms

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role

Strong digital background, ideally with HubSpot experience

Confident team leader who enjoys developing others

Someone who blends creativity with commercial thinking

Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple projects

The offer:

Salary from £47,500 - £60,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working – 2 days in the Cheltenham office
