Remedial Plumber – Manchester – covering North-West

Up to £38,000 + Van + Benefits

With a UK coverage, our client a multi-disciplinary consultancy is currently looking for a Remedial Plumber to cover projects in the North-West. Employing over 60 staff, they are able to offer all staff the opportunity to pick up new qualifications and progress within the business moving into a team leading role in the future.

Skills summary for the Remedial Plumber

* 5+ years’ experience working on commercial sites.

* Proven experience in:

*

* Diagnosing faults on existing systems

* Repairing or replacing damaged pipework, valves and fittings

* Carry out reactive maintenance

* Ensure systems are compliant to building and water regulations

* Carry out legionella including dead-leg removal, TMV servicing, temperature checks and tank modifications

* Fixing hot water systems, calorifiers, cylinders, and trace heating

* Hold industry recognised qualifications such as G3 Unvented, NVQ L2 in Plumbing, NVQ L3 in Plumbing and Heating

* Full driving license

* DBS checked

Client sites will include Schools/Retail/Hospitality/Pubs/Social Housing/Public sector, and you will work in conjunction with an existing mechanical team covering PPM, reactive and where required installation upgrades.
