Title: Solutions Delivery Manager

Location: Leicester

Working Policy: 3 Days per week in office

Salary: Up to £75k plus benefits (including industry-specific ones)

Working in a medium-sized company, that’s all about automobiles, you’ll be a senior member of the tech department: using your technical background daily, actively contributing towards a positive culture, heading up a team of BAs and, occasionally, software Engineers, and working closely and collaboratively with various teams within the business to drive forward delivery, business objectives, and technology solutions.

You’ll do some high-level solutions design, be heavily involved in 3rd party integrations, be a point of escalation for any blockers, and will be customer-facing: being an advocate for Sytner IT to internal and external customers.

This is a brilliant role that’ll bring together all your technical, delivery, and business experience to bear in an energetic, interesting, and modern department, where all your work will be much needed and visible to the company- you’ll not be a tiny cog in a huge machine. You’ll actively contribute to the company’s technical strategy in a variety of ways, from software integrations to delivery management.

As you can imagine, a physical presence in the business is needed in this position, to enable you to build really strong relationships with the people around you, so a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is a requirement.
