We're recruiting on behalf of a leading building services contractor for an experienced Project Manager to deliver HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Run commercial M&E projects from planning to handover

*

Lead site teams & subcontractors

*

Manage timelines, budgets & client expectations

*

Ensure H&S and compliance standards are met

*

Report progress to senior management

What You’ll Need:

*

2+ years’ PM experience (HVAC/mechanical/plumbing)

*

SMSTS, H&S training, DBS check

*

Strong leadership & communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence
