£16.28 per hour to £18.26 per hour PAYE
Our client is looking for both a Cleaning Technical Support Officer and also a Cleaning Technical Officer.
Cleaning Technical Officer £18.26 per hour
Purpose of the job
To assist the Southwark Cleaning management team in the technical provision, organising and co-ordination of resources necessary for the efficient, cost effective and economic operation of the service and maintain all IT systems.
To analyse data providing senior managers with recommendations for improving service delivery.
To monitor and create statistical information associated with service requests and failures. Dealing direct with complaints and enquires linked to reports generated by the supervisory staff. To develop, improve, monitor, and revise the crew’s schedules and work systems to meet service requirements.
Support with procurement tracking. Introduced automation for performance data, training compliance, and financial workflows to reduce manual workload and improve team efficiency.
Required experience: SAP and Excel.
Cleaning Technical Support Office £16.28 per hour
Purpose of the job
To assist the Southwark Cleaning management team in the technical provision, organising and co-ordination of resources by providing all necessary administration support.
Principal accountabilities
1. Provide administrative support to the cleaning, grounds maintenance and tree services
2. Data entry and processing, filing and photocopying.
3. Mail Merging, Receiving, sorting and distributing post and preparing outgoing post for despatch.
4. Inter-office/departmental liaison e.g. providing/getting information from other sections.
5. Face to face customer/contractor relations and back up cover for the commercial waste services team.
6. Initiating correspondence where appropriate.
7. Presentations development, workshop leads and support

Working patterns will be 5 days in the office at Sandgate Street, London SE15
