Our client, a respected structural engineering consultancy with offices across the UK and Germany, is expanding their Richmond team and looking for a talented engineer to join them.

From bespoke residential refurbishments to large-scale commercial developments, this firm is known for delivering smart, creative, and cost-effective structural solutions - all backed by a collaborative and friendly culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the design and delivery of structural projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors

Preparing fee proposals, supervising project teams, and ensuring high-quality technical output

Coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to meet design briefs and project timelines

Conducting site visits, attending client meetings, and managing structural inspections as required

Upholding and enforcing quality, safety, and regulatory standards, including Eurocodes and Building Regulations

What We're Looking For:

Chartered (CEng) or Incorporated (IEng) Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers

Proven experience in structural design and project leadership within a consultancy setting

Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and legislation

Proficiency in structural analysis tools and AutoCAD (Revit knowledge a plus)

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
