Meridian Business Support are recruiting Support Workers to join a dedicated care team near Alconbury, Cambridgeshire offering full time hours on day shifts.

Your Role: As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:

Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their familiesSkills & Attributes:
A caring and patient nature
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure.
Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence is preferred, but not essential.Benefits
