£28,000 basic salary | OTE £40,000

This is a trainee opportunity, perfect for someone with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn — no previous sales experience required.

The Role:
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll learn how to guide customers through the full sales journey, from first enquiry to handover. You’ll be supported with structured training, mentoring, and real hands-
on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You’ll also benefit from access to a company motorcycle, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the brand and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Motorcycle Sales Executive:
Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding showroom experience
Learning how to sell new and used motorcycles and associated products
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
Supporting the sales team with enquiries, test rides, and vehicle handovers
