iRecruit4 are hiring for Warehouse Operatives for our client, a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Swindon in South Cerney.

Duties of the Warehouse Operative:

* Initially working on the end of the production line in a Warehouse stacking stock on pallets and preparing pallets for distribution.

* There will be the opportunity to learn the production machines and processes as the job evolves

* Using pallet trucks

* Only operate machinery you are fully trained to use.

* To liaise with your Supervisor/Site Manager in order to understand the requirements for your shift.

* Efficiently meeting all production work requirements allocated to you by following operating procedures and works instructions.

* To demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to the varied elements of the position.

* To be prepared to carry out standby/emergency duties, usually cleaning when required.

* Maintain and improve environmental practice within the workplace.

* Work as a member of a team helping to implement and carry out all company working practices in order to achieve team objectives.

* When operating machinery, you must be vigilant in ensuring it is working to the maximum output.

Additional Information for the Warehouse Operative:

* A level of fitness is required due to the manual nature of the role.

* Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 18:00

* Friday 16:00 Finish

* £12.21 Per Hour.

* Rising once permanent.

* Own transport required for this role.
