I am currently working with this secondary school based in Harlow who are currently looking for a Teaching assistant to run small group interventions to support students who require additional support. The School have specifically asked for a Teaching assistant who can support students with challenging behaviour, who have come from vulnerable backgrounds They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can also work on a 1:1 basis to support students that lack confidence.
