The job role
You’ll play a critical role in our production process, operating and monitoring machinery across our milling and bagging lines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing the full production workflow — from raw Kaolin processing to packaging
* Operating attritor mills to reduce moisture content
* Handling various packaging types (sacks up to 25kg, large IBCs)
* Operating forklift trucks and transporting goods
* Managing recycling of out-of-spec products through ‘rip and tip’ process
* Following strict health and safety protocols
* Assisting with manual tasks when required

You will:
* Maintain the health, safety and environmental standards on site, for yourself and others around you
* Ensuring the quality of finished packaged goods ahead of despatching to customers
* Experience in industrial or factory settings is beneficial
* Knowledge of risk assessments and safe working methods
* Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple technical areas on-site
