controlling costs, parts ordering and workshop performance

requirements

previous experience as a bodyshop manager or senior workshop controller

strong knowledge of accident repair processes and bodyshop operations

proven leadership and people management skills

good understanding of insurer procedures and kpis

strong organisational and communication skills
