We are looking for a Welder to start in Bedford.

Immediate start.

Applicants will need their own welding machine and previous experience.

Job Specifics:

Kitchen Rail:
· 4 x 2.4M long (50mm diameter) poles,
coated-48-3mm-tube-ral-1023
· 2 x key clamp Tee’s
· 1 x key clamp cross
· 1 x key clamp right angle
· 3 x floor fixing plates
· M12 floor anchor bolts x 10
· RAL – 1023 MSP spray paint to paint
existing rails and fittings (6 x 400ml spray
cans)
Stores Ladder:
· 3mm mild steel plate 200mm x 200mm for
welding x 5
steel-200mm
· Weld rod
Scope of work Kitchen Rail:
· Remove old damaged railing and either
scrap or dispose of offsite in Sanper yard

skip.
· Install new railing and fix to the ground to
match the configuration of the existing
railing.
· Spray all railings (old & new) with metallic
traffic yellow paint so everything matches.
Stores Ladder:
· Use grinder to create an L-bracket & plate
to weld to the broken foot to re attach it
to the ladder.
· Use remaining time & plates to patch
repair gates & fencing across site.
Measurements Kitchen Rail:
· 2.4M tubes @ 48/50mm diameter
· 3mm thick 200mm x 200mm mild steel
