Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Pay: £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years of learning and development? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Nursery Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly and nurturing team at a well-established nursery setting in Cannock (WS11 1RD).
About the Role:
Starting in September 2025, this full-time role (8:30am – 5:30pm) involves supporting children aged 2–4 years, including those with additional needs. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to create an inclusive and engaging environment where every child is supported to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to promote children’s development
Assist in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
Foster children’s emotional, social, and behavioural development
Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and outside professionals
Support with observations and contribute to individual learning plans
Requirements:
A Level 3 childcare qualification is desirable
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A patient, nurturing, and flexible attitude
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
