Tradewind are looking for a qualified and passionate Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in the Ashton area of Tameside. This full-time position starts in February 2026, with the potential for the role to transition into a permanent school placement.

Key Requirements:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential

Previous experience working within Early Years settings in a Primary School

A proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting early learning

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
