We are recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist B2B to work for our innovative and global client based in Milton Keynes.
Job purpose: Lead Generation Specialist B2B
To drive new business generation by proactively engaging with companies across the UK. This role focuses on outbound prospecting via telephone, identifying and qualifying company car opportunities, and nurturing potential leads. By effectively uncovering customer needs and generating interest, you will secure high-quality opportunities/leads for our agent network. Ultimately contributing to increased sales opportunities and business growth.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with prospective customers.
A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
A competitive, proactive & tenacious approach to prospecting, with a willingness to make outbound calls and follow up persistently.
Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring leads are relevant and aligned with business goals.
Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges in a consultative sales environment.
Experience using CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on progress.
Passion for the automotive industry, with a willingness to stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail.
To be computer literate with various packages such as Word, Excel and Cofico/SAP.
Comfortable working with targets.
Patience and ability to manage stress.
Problem-solving skills.
Experience within a Contact Centre environment, desired but not essential.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work without supervision.
Excellent Time Management Skills.
