Job Title: Planner Scheduler
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum

My client is currently looking for a Planner Scheduler to join their busy maintenance team based in Louhgton. This role is working on behalf of a social housing client, helping to coordinate repairs and maintenance across occupied properties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed to a high standard, with minimal disruption to residents.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Scheduling repair and maintenance works for operatives and subcontractors

Managing daily diaries and coordinating appointments

*

Handling incoming calls and emails from tenants, operatives, and colleagues

*

Updating systems with job progress and completions

*

Monitoring job completion times and rescheduling where necessary

*

Ensuring excellent customer service and quick response times

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar planning/scheduling role (ideally within housing or maintenance)

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Confident using scheduling or housing management systems

*

Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload

*

A proactive and problem-solving attitude
