The Role

The Lead Practitioner of Maths will:

* Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge teaching and learning strategies across the Maths curriculum.

* Provide high-quality professional development and coaching to Maths colleagues.

* Model outstanding classroom practice and contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives.

* Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions.
