We’re supporting a proudly Cornish, fast-growing food brand as they look to bring in an Innovation & Quality Manager — someone who can champion consistency, drive new product ideas, and help shape the future of their retail sites. This role is all about creativity, quality, and keeping the heart of the brand alive as they continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading new product development across all food and drink ranges, from concept to launch.

* Working with retail sites to ensure consistency, quality, presentation, and processes.

* Coaching and supporting teams to encourage best practice while fostering a positive, values-led culture.

* Acting as a brand ambassador, championing the company’s Cornish ethos in everything you do.

* Bringing creative ideas for menus, seasonal launches, retail experience, and product innovation.

* Supporting new store openings to ensure brand standards are maintained.

* Conducting quality control checks and driving continuous improvements across all sites.

* Staying ahead of food trends and market insight to inspire innovation.

* Collaborating closely with the management team to drive growth and shape the company’s future.

* Regular travel between sites (company vehicle provided).

What You’ll Bring

* Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, product development, multi-site retail cafés, or food-led hospitality environments.

* Understanding of product consistency, food safety, and quality standards.

* A naturally energetic, engaging, and down-to-earth approach that fits a values-led, Cornish brand.

* Confidence working across multiple sites, supporting teams and encouraging best practice.
